Gates funds the project of Oxford (and of Pomezia, Rome)
Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft and philanthropist, tells The Times that he is ready to contribute to the research of a vaccine. He specifically mentions the ongoing research at the University of Oxford: “If it is successful, I will fund it”. This research is the outcome of a partnership between the Jenner Institute of Oxford University and the Italian Advent-IRBM from Pomezia (near Rome). According to Gates, “the Oxford work is one of the major, it is gorgeous”.
